Delivery locations
We only offer free delivery services to orders made to the U.K.
Processing time
Orders within the U.K. are subject to free delivery and take 1-3 business days to arrive. If an order is received before noon, it's often delivered on the same day; otherwise, within 24 hours.
Delivery methods
Orders are dispatched from our London warehouse via Royal Mail, DPD or EVRI. If you have any questions about the arrival of your order please contact us at hello@sheetstory.com
Order confirmation
Upon placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your details; it'll include your:
- Order number
- Billing + delivery address
- Product name + Quantity
Once your Sheet Story order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking number.

Feel free to unwrap and assess your bedding. Neat folding into original packaging isn't mandatory for returns. To minimise waste, avoid tearing the packaging, and include it with your return for potential reuse.

Yes, for unused and unwashed items, we will cover the cost of return postage. Just print out the label, and you can drop it off at your local drop off point.
