The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for maintaining stock, aligning with other staff members, and managing general warehousing duties. This role is critical to ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, and that our products are delivered to our customers with the utmost care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized.
- Coordinate and align with other staff members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Implement and manage warehouse policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
