If you need to make a change to your order, email us ASAP at hello@sheetstory.com with your order number and what you need changed in your order.
Our warehouse team is super-efficient and usually send orders on their way as soon as it arrives in our system. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed.

We offer Free Next Day Delivery, though we recommend allowing 2-3 days for delivery to account for any potential unexpected courier delays.

We would love that, but if you need to take your bedding out of the packaging and lay it all out to decide, that's okay too. Perfect folding into original packaging isn't a requirement for a return, however, in the interests of reducing waste, please try not to tear the packaging and include with your product return so that we can reuse it.

We pride ourselves on offering dream-worthy sheets and would lose sleep if this happens to you. Send us a photo ( these photos help us to avoid future issues ) and a description to hello@sheetstory.com and we will address it with urgency.

Yes, for unused and unwashed items we will provide free return postage via email. Simply print out the label and drop it off at your nearest drop off point.

Don't lay awake at night wondering if you've made the wrong move. We’re so confident in our products that we offer a Take to Bed Guarantee. This means if you don't love getting into bed with us, we'd be happy to go separate ways. If you need to return or exchange an item, email us at hello@sheetstory.com within 30 days of your purchase so we can organize your choice of a refund or exchange.

We’ve worked really hard to make sure that the colours are shown on the screen match what you're expecting to receive but we can’t make any promises.

Our products are designed at our HQ in London and manufactured in China. We only partner with suppliers that have exemplary work environments that we would want for our own employees. We’re always thinking about how we can make our products better by thoughtfully sourcing our textiles, taking stock of sustainability efforts, and streamlining the process from idea to your bed and to the future ahead.

Our Ackly Bamboo collection is made of 65% bamboo and 35% Long-Staple Cotton fibres in a luxurious 400 thread count sateen weave. Our Ella Cotton Collection and Bella Flanneltte Collection are made from 100% cotton.
We only use natural fibers for all of our bedsheets. That being said, our Mattress Protectors do contain 20% polyester.

Sometimes we just can’t anticipate the amount of demand for our products and we sell out sooner than expected. If your desired product is not available, please send us an email at hello@sheetstory.com and you will be the first to know when it’s back in stock.
